Ingredients:250g Plain Flour,
350g Demerara Sugar,
65g Plain Cocoa Powder,
1tsp Baking Powder,
1tsp Salt (I just add a pinch),
250ml Vegetable Oil,
1tsp Vanilla Extract,
Plain Chocolate Chips (however much you like, you could also use nuts or whatever you fancy)
☆ Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas mark 4)
☆ In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Pour in water, oil and vanilla extract and mix well. Spread in a 9"x13" baking tin.
☆ Bake for about 25 minutes until the top is no longer shiny then let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
